Daily inspiration
Good morning Coast to Coast Team: Not only are you tackling a huge ride but now you are ahead of schedule. You guys are totally awesome!!! I am looking forward to riding with the team on the last couple of days. Hope I can keep up and the winds are in our favour. I found a funny little story in one of my books at home. Thought you might like it. The story is called, "Just Do What You Can".
It was a
chilly fall day when the farmer spied the little sparrow lying on its
back in the middle of his field. The farmer stopped his plowing, looked
down at the frail, feathered creature and inquired, " Why are you lying
upside down like that?" " I heard the sky is going to fall today," replied
the bird. The old farmer chuckled. " And I suppose your spindly little
legs can hold up the sky ?"
"One
does what one can," replied the plucky sparrow.

I am sure some days you would like to just lay down and stare up into the sky, but both of you just keep on trudging along. You both have certainly done more than you can and more and more and so on....... Love Diane , Skylar and Brooklyn
