Good morning Coast to Coast Team: Well, I have made it, and I may tackle some road and track some miles today. I am going to try and follow a favorite quote today to give me some energy. "You can do anything you want to do if you really put your heart... soul and mind into it". I hope to receive some level of energy from Kevin and Jeff and the rest of the team.
