Pierrette Cousineau,
Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. Our mother (of five) learnt that she
had breast cancer a mere few months after taking her long-awaited
retirement. In typical fashion, her immediate focus was on ensuring
OUR comfort level, not hers. She faced her operation and radiation
therapy bravely and with the positive attitude that has carried
her through her hectic and successful life.
