Dr.
Pat is the nutrition and "slow down!" training adviser
to the Coast-to-Coast Riders. He is responsible for setting up
the training diets and will be on board for the ride prepping
food, making sure the riders spines and attitudes stay in alignment,
and providing any needed healthcare for the riders en route.
Dr. Pat (also known as doc.wellness) is Chiropractor
and nutritionist. Second youngest of seven siblings, and a married
(10 years May 15th!) father of three.
Dr. Pat's philosophies of wellness, performance
and longevity are simple:
| |
The most important thing you can change
is your mind.
Be careful what you wish for.
Make as many permanent choices as possible.
The simplest and most natural way is usually the best way.
Wellness is something we release from within.
Removing and preventing interference accesses wellness.
Slow and steady wins the longevity race: speed gets you to
the end faster! |
